This page is for grown-ups: parents, caregivers, teachers, press and partners. Children should not send us anything, and we never ask them to.

Write to the studio

Three fields. The website keeps no copy: your message is emailed to the studio, and we delete it once the conversation is finished.

So we can reply. Used for nothing else.

Up to 2000 characters. Please do not include a child’s name, age or photo.

A quick check by Cloudflare keeps automated spam out. It needs JavaScript.

Good reasons to write

  • A correction to a fact or a pronunciation, ideally with a source. These are the best messages we get.
  • Using a guide in a classroom, library or group, and what would make it more useful.
  • Licensing, partnerships, press and distribution.
  • Accessibility problems you have run into. See the accessibility page.
  • Privacy questions. See the privacy page first; it is short and specific.

Please don’t send

Photos of children, children’s names or ages, or messages written by children. If something like that reaches us anyway, we delete it and do not keep a copy, unless it raises a concern for a child’s safety that we must act on.

What happens to your message

It is checked for spam by Cloudflare, emailed to the studio’s inbox through Cloudflare, and read by a person. The website keeps no copy and there is no database of messages. The email stays in our inbox until the conversation is finished and is then deleted, in any case within 90 days of the last message unless the law or a child’s safety requires us to keep it. We never add you to a list. The details are on the privacy page.
